Our dance-inspired workouts will work your whole body by raising your heart rate, taxing your muscles and increasing your flexibility. The workouts focus on developing strong, lean muscles without the bulk.
No dance training is necessary and while it’s helpful to have a barre at home, it’s not necessary — the back of a chair or the edge of a counter serves just as well as a stabilizer. You will be provided with plenty of instruction, modification when needed, and downloadable coaching tips and guides helping you get the most out of our workouts no matter your fitness level.
