Over the past 5 years founder Rachel Withers has helped instructors and studio owners make a profound impact in the lives of their clients. BalletBeFit’s transformational online courses help you turn something you love into a lucrative, scalable and heart-centred business. Being a BalletBeFit instructor gives you many things – fitness, fulfilment and independence. You’ll be your own boss. You can tailor your classes to suit your level, and also for the people in your class. The exercises are completely accessible for everyone – regardless of age or ability. Now’s your chance to build a part-time business and earn money from your love of ballet. Having the balance between passion and business is not impossible, it is just a matter of strategy.
If you’ve had some ballet tuition, you can run a part-time business during hours that suit you – as a BalletBeFit instructor. Maybe you’re looking for flexible work that fits around your family. Maybe you already have a job, but love to dance and want to work a couple of evenings a week. Or perhaps you’re already working in fitness and want to add a new string to your bow. Whenever you have spare time, whether it’s when your child’s at school or on weekends, you can make money doing something you love.
How do Our Courses Work ?
Simply enrol on our online BalletBeFit School and choose the course or courses you wish to take.
Once signed up you’ll have access to all your course material and your very own BalletBeFit mentor will be in touch to provide support throughout your learning.
The courses are structured in modules, such as health and safety considerations, class syllabus which includes videos and resource manuals guiding you on technique and class structure. The courses also include modules in marketing, how to steps to starting and building the business, attracting and retaining clients a complete business blueprint.
We ask when you are comfortable with the technique, delivery and all the information provided in the resource manual, you complete a small exam paper and also provide a video presentation of your class (this can be sent to us by a link such as Drop box or We Transfer – your mentor will help with this). The presentation need not be of an actual class where you have participants, the delivery can be from your own home, it is so we are confident you have an understanding of technique, delivery and what it means to be a BalletBeFit instructor. On receipt of your paper and video we provide feedback, guide you on any pointers.
If we are happy that you are ready to start your classes we will present you with your BalletBeFit accreditation certificate, a BalletBeFit email account and ask that you join the BalletBefit Academy to ensure you continue with our support, continue working with your mentor and to gain further knowledge of exercises, marketing, to help you develop your classes and business further.
