For years we’ve known the benefits of practicing ballet techniques, from improved posture, balance and flexibility to an overall sense of poise and grace while performing each move. BalletBeFit is a group based exercise class based on Ballet technique working the whole body, lifting bottoms, trimming thighs and defining arms. With our ballet inspired workouts the results are consistent.
All our instructors come from a dance or fitness based background and once accredited continue their learning with our BalletBeFit Academy thus ensuring the class is not only kept fresh but our high standards are maintained and delivered. With BalletBeFit you can be assured of quality.
